So here goes, the opening post … This blog is a working profile of me, what my capabilities are in a form more nuanced and granular than any CV could manage. The other, but linked, aspect of this blog is to act as a scratch-pad on the practices of organisational learning – what it means for the management function as well as how we might approach the management of projects, strategic initiatives, innovation, organisational structures and so on. Clear as mud then, but I’m told that the’voice’ of my blog will develop over time…… will have to see about that then …..
